A Refreshingly Pretty Way to Drink Water

Is it just me, or does it seem like there are dozens of pictures of fruit floating jugs of water? And if you are like me, you want to float fruit in water because frankly it looks refreshingly pretty.

Seriously, water is one of the healthiest drinks on the planet. The list of benefits are endless: weight loss, increase energy, clear complexion, lessens cramps, and saves money. For these reasons, I am a diehard water drinker. But, I don’t mind trying something different, especially if I can incorporate veggies and fruit.

Here is a simple recipe from Deliciously Organic to make the flavor of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit such as citrus or berries
  • 2 sprigs herbs such as thyme or mint
  • 8 cups water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in a pitcher. Muddle to release the juices or leave the fruit to float.
