Skip the wine and lose the tired feeling.
It is always great to figure out the causes of body quirks as you get older. The one quirk that most women can’t escape is feeling tired. There are a number of reasons to feel tired depending on health history and circumstances. While we are constantly working to be healthy, there is always a list to dictate our every health move. The most recent list suggests ways to avoid being tired. Limiting wine intake before bedtime is at the top of this list. I definitely have my work cut out for me!

1. Glass of wine before bed.
Just when you think you are unwinding, you are actually sabotaging your adrenaline system.
2. Interactive at bedtime.
The glaring light from your phone, tablet, or laptop throws off the hormone that regulates your sleep cycle.
3. Skipping breakfast.
It’s simple. Food provides fuel. Sleeping burns fuel. When you awake, replenish the fuel or else.
4. Not exercising when tired.
Activity is an energy booster that helps the cardiovascular system.
5. Water, water, water.
Lack of fluid impacts energy levels. According to health experts, dehydration reduces blood volume making it thicker. As a result, the heart pumps less efficiently.
